TKR Refund & Cancellation Policy
All purchases, including services, are non-refundable once payment is submitted.
Refunds are only granted in the following rare circumstances:

If I am unable to begin your project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

If I have started your project but am unable to complete it, you will receive all completed portions of work and a partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed.

How Partial Refunds Are Calculated
Partial refunds (if ever necessary) are based on the stages of work completed:

TKR Beta Read
Preparation & Intake (5%)
Reading & Notes (30%)
Report (50%)
Review (10%)
Finalization & Delivery (5%)

TKR Manuscript Evaluation
Preparation & Intake (5%)
Beta Read & Notes (15%)
Assessment Read & Notes (30%)
Report (35%)
Review (10%)
Finalization & Delivery (5%)

If I’ve completed 20% of a project, you will receive all work completed and a 80% refund.

Quality & Availability
I intentionally limit the number of clients I take on each month to ensure every project receives my full attention and care. This approach minimizes the chance of delays and helps maintain consistent quality across all projects.

Cancellations by Client
If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun, no refund will be issued. However, you will receive all completed portions of work to date.

By booking a TKR Beta Read or TKR Manuscript Evaluation, you agree to this refund and cancellation policy.
